Situated on the south coast of Montenegro at Velika Plaza Beach, Villa Beri is close to the fine stretch of the largest sandy beach at the Adria. The shore is easily accessible by foot from the villa by way of a little path, which leads directly to the bay just beneath.

Lots of children's entertainment along the beach area can be reached by a small walk.

The villa has 15x Apartments and is divided in three levels. Two apartments upstairs (3rd floor) are very spacious with a view over the garden with tennis court (approx 2000 m2) and includes large wardrobes and bathrooms with shower. Every apartment has a small kitchen, double bedroom has twin beds, each of them functionally furnished, and are located on the 3 floors.

With beautiful, wide verandas characterized by mediteranean plants, flower and wooden rafters wraps around the house.

If you like private boat tours Villa Beri has its own motor speed boat for 6 to 8 Person.

Outside, Villa Beri, as previously mentioned, is surrounded by a wide and well maintained garden where there is a tennis / basket ball court situated near the ground floor terraces, barbeque set and furnaces.

It is a privileged location not only for its spectacular view, but also because direct at water, garden with olive trees, magnolias and many flowers. 

The historic part of Ulcinj ( Kalaja ) is dominated by the ancient castle surrounded by the fishing and pleasure craft harbour, the streets in the historic part are narrow winding alleys with some wonderful architecture, small shops offering handcrafted works, and coffee bars and restaurants within some wonderful old buildings.

Willkommen bei Villa Beri 

Umgeben von ca 2500 m2 Natur pur unsere Ferienwohnung-Anlage bietet einen erholsamen Urlaub mitten in der Natur und nur wenige Meter vom  berühmten Strand Velika Plaza (Grosser Strand) entfernt.

Unser privater Tennis- und Basketball Platz bietet ihnen Sportmöglichkeiten ohne Wartezeiten 24 Stunden ohne zusätzliche Kosten.

Das Gründstück liegt an einem ruhigen kleinen Fluss welcher direkt in die Adria mündet. Urlaubs-Gästen bieten wir durch ein hauseigenes Motorboot günstige Bootsfahrten zu privaten Stränden an, oder zu einer Rundfahrt bis zum FKK Strand von Ada Bojana.

Villa Beri verfügt über 15 Ferienwohungen zwischen 23 bis 55 m2 pro Wohnung. Die Lage der Ferien-Villa ist sehr ruhig und unser private Park steht Ihnen für Grill- und Freizeitaktivitäten zur Vefügung.

Die Altsadt von Ulcinj auch Kalaja genannt ist ca 3500 Meter entfernt. Ca 300m entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Taxi und Minibus-Stand welche Fahrten zu Stadtkern für ca. 2 Euro für 4 Personen bietet.

Restaurants mit frischen Fischspezialitäten oder der bekannten Montenegrinischen / Kosovarischen / Albanischen Küche findet man in nur wenigen Gehminuten unserer Ferienanlage entfernt.

An der Riviera von Ulcinj findet man viele historische Stätten und unberührte Natur. Wandern sie durch Olivenheine mit 80.000 Bäumen und versinken sie in der Natur von Montenegro nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt.
