Die Ferienwohnanlage liegt im in einem kleinen Waldstück umgeben von Pinien-Bäumen und Tannen und ist ca. 2 km von Ulcinj Altstadt (Kalaja) entfernt in Montenegro.

Bis zu den nahegelegenen Stränden führt ein kleiner Weg welcher ca. 150 m von der Villa Entfernt ist. 

Erbaut von einer Deutschen Familie ist diese Villa ein exklusiver Ort mit 11 hochwertigen, sauberen Ferienwohnungen, alle mit eigener Terrasse, Badezimmer, Klimaanlage, Sat TV, Zugang zu unberührter Natur und privater Parkplatz.

GreenLeafs Ferienwohungen ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Rande einer kleinen Gemeinde Stadttei Pinjes Ulcinj in Montenegro. Sehr ruhig gelegen und weit genurg entfernt vom Urlaubs-Rummerl aber dennoch nahe gelegen zu Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants und Altstadt.
