Apartments Busati is located in the heart of the old town (Stari grad) of Ulcinj. In this area no cars are allowed. So you will have a real quite place. The views from the windows are overlooking the old town and the Riviera of Ulcinj.

Close to this amazing building  is a restaurant which is owned by the same family. Have a fantastic breakfast while overlooking the Adriatic sea and beaches.  The small romantic restaurant called Kalaja offerering breakfast, lunch and romantic dinner menus at affordable prices.

Ulcinj is famous for its sandy beaches and between its stone jetties along the shore.
It is idealy for swimming in the warm and safe Adriatic sea.
Just 100 hundred meters down you will find on left side the sandy beach “Mala Plaza” (small beach) and on the right the sandy beach "Plaza Lima"
The blue flag beach of Velika Plaza” which is over 13 km long (Long Beach) is ideal for children and 4 km away. 

This is a truly brilliant location for exploring this historic monuments with its amazing architecture and breathtaking scenery as well as providing super hiking country.

Eating out is a real pleasure with everything available from the smaller cafes or elegant fine dining is available at Montenegro's famous water mill restaurants all providing exquisite local seafood and further specialities, all at astonishingly low prices. Both the nationally produced beer and wine is of exceptional quality.

Prices are for the rooms are per day in Euro. A 10% discount is available for those booking all four units for the same period. A 5% discount is available for those booking two units for the same period.

Im Herzen der historischen Altstadt von Ulcinj befindet sich das Apartment Haus “Busati”. Unsere Gästezimmer haben einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Altstadt und haben natürlich einen Meerblick auf die Adria.

Nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt befinden sich die Sandstrände „Mali Plaza“ (Kleiner Strand) und Plaza Liman 1 + 2.

Die Ferienzimmer sind sehr ruhig gelegen da in der Altstadt das führen von Autos oder Motorrädern nicht erlaubt ist.
Gleich neben an befindet sich ein romantisches kleines Restaurant das ebenfalls von der Familie betrieben wird. Hier können sie schon am frühen Morgen bei einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Meer (Adria) und Strände auf unseren Terrassen ausgiebig und preisgünstig frühstücken. Daneben bieten wir auf Anfrage Halb- und Vollpensionen an.

Die Zimmer sind für ein bis drei Personen ausgestattet. Verfügen über Kühlschrank und teilweise mit TV.

Unserer Bäder sind gepflegt und entsprechen europäischen Standards.
