Das Hotel Apartment London mit seinen 18 Ferienwohungen wurde 2001 erbaut. Die Apartments sind central in Neu Ulcinj gelegen und verfügen über TV, Kühlschrank, eigene Bäder und Balkons.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind gegnügend vorhanden. Im Paterre befindet sich eine Cafe Bar wo Frühstück und kleine Snacks serviert werden. Gleich neben dem Hotel bietet der Eigentümer durch sein Reisebüro seinen Gästen günstige weitere Strand Ferienwohnungen, Autovermietungen (Rent A Car) sowie Ausflüge und Exkursionen an.

Daneben vertritt und berät Herr Jakub Muratovic (Eigentümer) als eingetragener Anwalt am hiesigen Amtsgricht internationale Kunden in den Bereichen Immobilien-Kauf und Vertragsrecht.

Zur historischen Altstad sind es ca 2.5 km. Die Strände sind in der Nähe und können zu Fuss oder per Auto erreicht werden.
